Ingredients
Donuts:
- 1-1/2 cup Kodiak Cinnamon Oat Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle mix
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 cup apple cider
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons apple cider
Directions
- In a bowl, combine Kodiak mix, brown sugar, and baking powder and mix.
- Add apple cider, egg, vanilla extract, and melted coconut oil.
- Mix until just combined.
- Divide batter into greased donut pans and bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes or until toothpick comes clean.
- Let donuts cool while you make the glaze.
- In a small bowl, combine powdered sugar, vanilla and apple cider.
- Mix until smooth.
- Drizzle glaze over cooled donuts and serve.
