Ingredients
- 1 package Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles, thawed
- 6 large eggs
- 1-1/2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F and grease a 9x13” baking pan.
- Cut each waffle into cubes. Place them in the greased baking pan, slightly overlapping, layered with the shredded cheese.
- Place the eggs, milk, and salt in a mixing bowl and whisk until well combined. Pour the mixture evenly over the waffles and cheese and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
- Cool slightly before serving. Top with chives.
