Recipe provided by Kitchen McCabe

Ingredients

  • 3 packets Kodiak Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Packets
  • 1/2 cup banana, mashed (about one medium banana)
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons almond or cashew butter
  • 2 tablespoons whole milk

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the oatmeal, banana, nut butter, egg, and milk in a small bowl and mix well with a spoon.
  3. Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes so that the liquid can absorb.
  4. Place scoops of cookie dough on the parchment-lined baking sheet, 2 inches apart. There should be enough batter to make six cookies.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly golden brown on top.
  6. Remove and let cool. Store in an airtight container.
