Ingredients
- 2 Kodiak Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Packets
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons raspberry jelly or jam
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350° F. Place the oatmeal, yogurt, egg, milk, salt, and baking powder in a blender.
- Blend until well combined and oats are broken down into very small pieces.
- Divide the mixture between two greased ramekins.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of jelly into the center of each ramekin.
- Place both ramekins on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Cool slightly and enjoy.
