Ingredients
- 1 Kodiak Maple & Brown Sugar Oatmeal Cup
- 2 tablespoons Kodiak Buttermilk Power Cakes Flapjack & Waffle Mix
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 5 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar to top (optional)
Directions
- Remove the lid from the oatmeal cup.
- Add the Power Cakes mix, cinnamon, and baking powder to the cup and stir with a fork to combine.
- Add the egg, oil, and 2 tablespoons of water to the cup and stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Add the remaining 3 tablespoons of water and stir until fully combined. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Stir again and sprinkle the top with brown sugar, if desired. Microwave for 90 seconds.
- Let cool slightly and enjoy!
*Chef's Note: If you prefer to bake you muffin in the oven, prep your muffin according to above directions and place cup on a baking sheet. Bake in an oven preheated to 375° Fahrenheit for 12-15 minutes.
