All that’s left is your creative assembly, but we’ve got some steps below to help. Ingredients
- 4 Kodiak Cubs Original Adventure Waffles (16 pieces)
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 4 slices deli turkey
- 4 slices tomato
- 4 lettuce leaves
Directions
- Toast or waffles in a toaster until golden brown. When cooled, break apart, each waffle into four pieces for a total of 16 mini waffles.
- Thread a wooden skewer with a toasted waffle with mayo spread on the inside layer. Add a folded slice of turkey, another waffle with a little mayo, bacon, a folded piece of lettuce, another waffle, a tomato slice, and end with another waffle.
- Repeat step 2 with the remaining ingredients for 4 total skewers.
- Keep chilled until ready to serve.
